God is answering your prayers!!!

We came back at 9PM and Phil was saturating at 100%! We have never seen him at 100% this whole time in the hospital. He is still maxed out on the ventilator (at 100% FiO2) but we will take it- at least he is not at 70%. His nurse from last night, Mike, is back again tonight. We really like him. We told him many people were praying for him tonight, and he said, "Thanks, I will take whatever I can get." All of the nurses are scared to have Phil at night because his saturations go down for no apparent reason, and the day nurses keep asking the night nurses what they do to him. His blood pressure is also higher, and they have been able to decrease some of the blood pressure medicine.

Wow, what a day it has been. We are emotionally exhausted. We thank God for how He continues to work- many opportunities we have had today to talk and pray with people. Please continue to pray for Phil- that God would touch Him and heal his body. I have received many emails and texts of how God is working all around. The doctors are honestly stumped- this is outside of their medical box- which is what many have prayed for. Pray that God would break the hardest of hearts through this. Pray that God would continue to work in the doctors' lives. Pray for us that we would not be discouraged as the doctors can just tell us facts from the "Evidence" and from textbooks but they leave out the hope we have in Christ.

Justin is staying overnight in the waiting room tonight. Thanks again everyone for how you have joined with us in prayer today. It is so comforting to know that when we are at the end of ourselves and no longer know how to pray or what to pray for that people are praying and interceeding.
