God continues to heal!!

So we went back in at 9PM and his FiO2 is down to 65%. Praise God!! His lungs are continuing to get better. He ended up having a new nurse, Sharon, tonight. She is so great. At first we were sad we didn't have Byron but she is so nice. She is trying to get Dad down to 50% by morning and even potentially wake him up and extubate (take the ventilator off) him tomorrow. She said he looks very good to her. They are rechecking his liver function tests tonight.

Phil's mom, Vera, was able to talk to Phil- I put the cell phone up to his hear for her to talk to him. She prayed for him and sang to him.

On the right, we put a link so that you can sign up to be an organ donor. Dad always told us how he wanted to host a day for people to sign up to be organ donors so we thought we would just put a link on the blog.

Please pray specifically that God would heal the clotting function of his liver. We need his INR to decrease.

We have been truly overwhelmed today by God's love and healing. We praise Him for a great day of progress. I am going to bed now with Beth and Kristin. Justin will be taking the night shift again tonight. I will update in the morning. Will try to not sleep too late!
